  Salmon in a bag. This dish is suitable for both everyday and gourmet dinner. Try it and you won't regret it. For Salmon: 1. 4 salmon steaks 2. 3 tablespoons fish spice 3. Olive oil 4. 4 red onions 5. Salt and pepper 6. 5 potatoes 7. 16 asparagus  8. 4 slices of lemon 9. 4 branches dill For Sauce: 1. 3 tablespoons dill 2. 3 tablespoons cheese 3. 200g heavy cream 4. 3 garlic cloves  5. 1 tablespoon butter Instructions: Heat the oven to 180C (350F). Take a pot and boil potatoes in it. Wash the salmon, check for scales and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the boiled and red onion into small cubes. Cut off the inedible ends of asparagus. Take the baking paper, fold the edges like boats and tie the sides with a woolen string. Add the salmon, potatoes and onions to the boat. Sprinkle the salmon with your favorite seasonings.   Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries. A very simple recipe, but the result will exceed expectations. When the crispiness of the dough meets the softness of the filling, there is unique taste. Ingredients: 1. 1 cup blueberries 2. 3 tablespoons condensed milk 3. 400g (14 oz) puff pastry  4. 1 egg 5. 200g (7 oz) cream cheese Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Mix cream cheese with condensed milk. Cut the puff pastry into squares, fold it in half and cut the edges, fold back and fold the cut edges in different directions. Beat the egg and coat the dough. Put the mixed filling in the middle of the pastries. Then put as many blueberries as you want on top of the filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven. Bon appetite!

Salt and pepper Instructions: If you use tortillas heat the pan and fry the tortillas for about 20 seconds on each side. Set aside. I used special baskets for tacos from the store. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and scramble them. Pour eggs into the same pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry until desired consistency. Finely chop all other ingredients and put them in tortillas. (Don't forget the eggs too) Enjoy your meal!

For Chicken: 1. 400g (14 oz) chicken breast fillets 2. 1 cup cream 3. 300g (10 oz) pasta 4. 500g (17 oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 6. 300g (10 oz) spinach 7. 1 leek 8. 1 teaspoon smoked chili powder 9. 3 cloves garlic  10. 1 onion  11. 1/2 cup chicken stock 12. 2 tablespoons parsley 13. Olive oil 14. 2 tablespoons butter Instructions: Season the chicken with salt, pepper and smoked chili. Then heat the pan and fry the chicken until browned. Remove from pan and allow to cool and then slice. Put the pasta in boiling salted water and drain it when it boils. Take a pan and add butter, leek, onion, champignons when it is fried add garlic. Ingredients: 1. 600g pumpkin puree 2. 3 cups flour 3. 1 cup (if you don't want it sweet, add half a cup) sugar 4. 2 teaspoons baking powder 5. a pinch salt  6. 4 eggs 7. 1/2 cup oil 8. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 9. 2 teaspoons cinnamon 10. 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar 11. 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 13. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 14. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (400 F). Ingredients: 1. 400g (14oz) chicken fillet 2. 600g (21oz) pumpkin 3. 2 onions 4. 1 carrot 5. 4 cloves garlic 6. 800g (28oz) pumpkin 7. 200ml (7oz) cream 8. 1l water 9. Salt and pepper 10. 1 potato 11. 2 tablespoons butter 12. Few bay leaves 13. 3 tablespoons spring onions Instructions: Pour a liter of water into the pot and add the washed chicken, pepper, salt, one uncut onion, bay leaves and two cloves of garlic. Cook for about 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the broth and strain the broth. Melt butter in a clean pot and add chopped carrot and potato. When it is slightly fried, add the cubed pumpkin.   Shakshuka. A wonderful Israel scrambled eggs recipe. This food is not only healthy, but also very tasty. Try it out! Ingredients: 1. 1 onion 2. 1 red pepper 3. 3 garlic cloves 4. 6 eggs 5. Salt and pepper 6. 4 peeled tomatoes 7. 3 tablespoons  8. half tablespoon chili powder 9. 1 tablespoon paprika 10. 1 bunch parsley and cilantro (chopped) 11. 2 tablespoons olive oil 12. 1 tablespoon cumin Instructions: Heat the pan and add peppers with an onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Then add garlic and fry for a few minutes. Pour a can of tomatoes with juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes. Season with your favorite spices (salt, pepper and cumin). Make holes with a spoon and put the eggs in them. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle parsley and cilantro on top. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients: 1. 4 square bread 2. 1 tomato 3. cheese 4. spread curd 5. ham 6. lettuce 7. cucumber Instructions: Toast the bread and spread the curd. Put cheese on bread, ham, washed lettuce, chopped tomatoes and cucumber. Spread the curd on another slice and place on top.

Crispy Sesame Chicken.

  Crispy Sesame Chicken. The chicken is always a good idea. It's a tasty lunch treat for hearty appetites. Also, this recipe is not complicated at all, even for those who don't cook. And you don’t need a lot of ingredients. For Chicken: 1. 1 1/2 lbs chicken (breast fillets, wings or drum sticks) 2. 3 tablespoons sesame seeds 3. Vegetable oil for frying 4. 1/2 cup cornstarch 5. Salt and pepper For Sauce: 1. 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce 2. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 3. 3 tablespoons sugar To Serve: 1. Boiled rice Instructions: Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot. Dredge the chicken in the cornflour. Add to the wok and cook on a high heat for 6-7 minutes. Add all of the sauce ingredients to the hot wok and stir. Serve with boiled rice and top with sesame seeds.

Easy Potato Bake.

  Easy potato bake. This bake is mouthwatering. It will take some time, but it will be worth it. It will appeal even to children who do not like to eat a lot of vegetables. Ingredients: 1. 1,5kg (52oz) potatoes (boiled) 2. A handful parsley and dill 3. 3 cloves garlic 4. 500g (17oz) champignons 5. Salt and pepper 1. 2 carrots 2. 500g (17oz) farce (I used pork) 3. 300ml (10oz) cream 9. 2 onions 10. 2 tablespoons spices for meat 11. Vegetable oil Instructions: Cut the cooled boiled potatoes into slices. Also cut mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic. Heat a pan and fry the carrots until soft. Then add one onion and garlic. When everything is a little baked add minced meat. In another pan fry another onion, add mushrooms. When everything is roasted add cream, chopped parsley and dill. Preheat oven to 360F (180C). Put baking paper in the baking tin. Put a layer of potatoes, then minced meat, potatoes again and finally mushrooms layer. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. You can decorate with...

  Carrot cake. A simple but not a poor dessert. I like that this cake is not too sweet. To make the cake free of added sugar, do not add caramel. Ingredients: 1. 1 box cake mix 2. 3 eggs 3. 2 cups grated carrots 4. 1/2 tablespoon ground nutmeg 5. 1 tablespoon cinnamon 6. cup water 7. 1 jar prepared salted caramel 8. vegetable oil 9. Powdered sugar Instructions: Preheat oven to 390F or 200C. Put baking paper in the baking tin and set aside. Put all the ingredients except the carrots in a bowl and mix well. Add the carrots to the mixture. Put half of the batter in a baking tin, then add the caramel. Finally, the rest of the batter. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, as long as you keep the toothpick clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a cooled cake. Enjoy!

  Mini Crepes. These elegant crepes will adorn your table. This recipe is great for those who like something new. Ingredients: 1. 250ml (8.4oz) milk 2. 250ml (8.4oz) cold water 3. 2 eggs 4. 25g (0.8oz) vegetable oil 5. Salt and pepper 6. 4 tablespoons sugar 7. 200g (7oz) flour 8. 150g (5.2oz) curd  9. 100g (3.5oz) cream cheese (such as Philadelphia) 10. 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar 11. a handful of huckleberries Instructions: Mix milk, water, eggs, oil, salt, sugar (2tbs) and flour in bowl. Strain the batter and leave to stand 30 minutes. The batter should be liquid. Heat a pan and add the desired amount of batter. Cut the baked pancakes with a pastry ring or a small plate. Then make the filling.  Rub the curd through a sieve and place all the rest ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put the prepared filling inside the pancakes. You can decorate with huckleberries or other desired berries. Enjoy your meal!

Rabbit Stew.

Ingredients: 1. 1kg (35oz) rabbit 2. 2 carrots 3. 2 onions 4. 2 sweet paprika 5. 4 cloves garlic 6. 2 tomatoes 7. 1 tablespoon mustard 8. 1 cup wine 9. 1 tablespoon rosemary and basil 10. Salt and pepper 11. 5 tablespoons dill 12. Cabbage Instructions: Chop the rabbit and put in a pot, pour water, add salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes. While the rabbit is boiling you can prepare the vegetables. Cut carrots into rolls, onions into squares, just crush the garlic heads with a knife. Fry everything on pan with a little salt and pepper. While the vegetables are baking, you can chop the rest: sweet pepper and tomatoes. When you can nothing left to do, pour a cup of water broth over the pan- fried carrots, onions, garlic. Ingredients: 1. 2 apples 2. 50g (1.7oz) spinach 3. 1 rib celery 4. 1 cucumber 5. quarter lemon 6. 3 slices pineapple 7. half avocado 8. 150g (5.2oz) ice Instructions: Peel a lemon, pineapples and apples, cut everything into fairly large pieces. Also cut the celery. Put all these ingredients in a blender and grind. Then add the remaining ingredients to the blender and grind everything to a smooth mass. Ready to enjoy!

  Pizza with Champignons. Who may not like a pizza. I adore home-baked pizza because you can put whatever you want on it, more precisely what's left in the fridge. Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup flour 2.  1 tablespoon tomato paste 3.    2 tablespoons basil 4. 1 egg 5. 100g (3oz) mozzarella 6. 5g (0.17oz) yeast  7. s pices for pizza 8. 2 tablespoons sugar 9. 3 tablespoons olive oil 10. 300g (10oz) champignons 11. 70g (2oz) parmesan cheese Instructions: Prepare the dough. Wipe the yeast with sugar and a half glass of warm water. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and add the released yeast. Beat in the egg, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little warm water, knead the dough. The dough should be soft but not stick to the hands. Knead the dough into a ball and leave for an hour warm to rise. When the dough rises, roll out a 5-7mm thick round sheet. spread the sheet with oil and tomato paste. Ingredients: 1. 300g (10oz) chicken thighs 2. 1 carrot 3. 1 onion 4. 1 sweet pepper 5. basil 6. 2 scallions 7. 1 lemon 8. 200ml (6oz) coconut milk 9. 500ml (16oz) chicken broth 10. 2 tablespoons chicken spices with curry Instructions: Cut the carrot, onion and paprika until everything is soft. H eat the pot covered in oil and add the chopped vegetables, chicken and spices. Fry until everything is browned. Pour the hot broth into the pot and boil for about ten minutes. Remove the cooked chicken and chop it. Scoop out half of the soup and blend it with blender. Pour the blended soup back into the pot. Add the coconut milk and simmer briefly for a few minutes. Season with lemon juice. Garnish with scallions and basil. Enjoy it!

Ingredients: 1. 800g (28oz) beef 2. 3 tablespoons flour 3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil  4. 1 onion 5. 3 cloves garlic 6. 3 carrots 7. 500g (17oz) potatoes 8. 1l (33oz) beef broth 9. 100ml (3oz) red wine 10. 2 tablespoons tomato puree 11. 3 twigs thyme 12. 2 bay leaves Instructions: Put the diced beef in a large plastic bag with flour, tie up and shake the beef until it is rolled in all the flour (or roll it in the flour in another way). Heat the oil in a baking dish or large pan. Add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and fry another minutes. Remove the onions and garlic from the pan to the bowl.
